It's different for everyone...but I'd say to expect a bit of pain. It all depends on the person, situation, comfort between the two people, and many other factors. The first time I had my boyfriend inside me, it didn't hurt, but we had been doing other things beforrehand, and he's been fingering me for months. It depends on your age, size, etc as well. Day to day can be different, at least for me.
