I know exactly what you're talking about. My boyfriend never feels me orgasm. And it doesn't matter what he's doing to me, whether it be fingering, oral sex, etc. He always asks me if I'm satisfied, and I am. I'm just not loud or exaggerant about it. I'm not really sure how to change that.
