Well, I can't offer much advice but I can say that my guy doesn't feel me either. He knows I'm enjoying it but I have to bring myself to a climax (which he doesn't mind) and after I'm done (and still riding him or whatever) he'll ask if I came and I'll say yes and he'll say good and we'll continue on till he comes.
Logically he could feel the contracting of the muscles but I don't think every girl tightens up the same, so even if you are coming, you're not squeezing the heck out of him, or something. I'm sure Brandye has a bit more insight on this.
