Before I was married, my fiance decided that she wanted to do what you are talking about for my Birthday. We were going out of town anyway, so she surprised me by renting a Jacuzzi room at the motel we stayed at. After enjoying the Jacuzzi together for a while she dried off and surprised me again with some lovely lingerie. We moved to the bed and had a wonderful evening of very uninhibited sex. I don't think that she actually planned any one position or act. We just did what came naturally, but it seemed as though we were both at higher levels of arrousal.
