Although there is "some" association between how excited a guy is and the amount of cum he spurts, there are also many other factors. If he has cum recently then he will have less to shoot ... usually it takes at least a day to build up a good sized load of semen. I find that if I'm stimulated longer before cumming that I have more to shoot (keep me hard for an hour to see a great fountain of pleasure cum!).
