lol yeah I just have the "normal" cold nips.
What I find interesting is that guys have no trouble with it and usually stare (getting back to that topic) when a girls' nipples are hard due to cold or whatever.
Mine aren't usually that bad, I can wear even a slightly padded bra and I'm fine.
I do have a friend and her's seem to be more protruding. She can wear a heavily padded bra and it won't even be THAT cold outside, and you can still see her's.
She always says how she hates it and hates when guys stare, including her b/f. But they so "oh I like it" or "I think its sexy", etc.
Just goes back to that whole "uncomfortable thing".
