My past has been about 50%-50%... I've had those that just didn't like giving oral at all, those that would... but only BEFORE intercourse, those that would after intercourse, and even had the "anything goes" girls that'd do anything... even give oral after anal sex.
It really depends on the girl/woman. My fiancé is the same as you... loves to give oral, but never after penetration. Doesn't bother me much. There are times when I'd REALLY like oral, and she jumps right to intercourse which means through deductive reasoning, I won't be getting oral... but the disapointment soon passes.
