i didn't read through all the posts, but here are my ideas on the subject
-if you want her to shave, or if you are the girl and are not sure about shaving, let me just say that when you first do it, it really increases the sensation in the area. of course, you get used to that, but it makes a huge difference at first. at least it did for me the first time i completely shaved my outer labia. i now go totally bald and i love it.
-it sucks at first. a lot. but your skin gets used to it after the first few shaves. just don't do it any more often than every few days, and don't go over the same patch of skin again and again in one shaving session. and use a new razor blade. there are shaving creams and lotions for afterwards that can help with ingrown hairs (watch out, lotion can sting like hell at first.) i rub/scrub the area with a wash cloth when i shower to help the hairs break through the surface so they don't get ingrown.
-if your with someone and want them hairless, but they don't want to be hairless, and neither of the above things changes their mind, leave it. it's their body, after all.
