hmm
i know that sometimes w/ deep fingering/penetration, the cervix is hit and can cause some pain and discomfort but that usually only lasts as long as you are hitting it.
pain from just fingering for thirty minutes or so sounds like something more serious.
i would suggest she get checked out by her doctor b/c for the most part its not supposed to hurt. especially causing lasting stomach pains.
