Keep trying, you'll get it eventually. Be relaxed.
thanks. i was quite relaxed though, it just seemed how ever i tried i couldnt even find how it should go in
I had that problem when I first tried using them at about your age. They didn't actually feel comfortable to me until after I began having sex. Before then, it was very uncomfortable for me.
I went through that as well. I have no clue how many unused tampons got the flush. Try sitting, laying on your back, anything where you can feel relaxed and don't really think about it "like damn this thing, go in!"
I have found that you really need to point the tampon toward your lower back like the directions say, if you don't it doesn't work. I stared using tampons when I was 14 and it did feel weird at first, like it really wasn't in, but after a while I got used to it and now I'm an old pro. I'm 19 now and for the most part only use tampons, in time you won't even feel them anymore.
What brand of tampons are you using? Tampons that don't come with aplicators, such as o.b., are much harder to use than those that do. If you have been trying to use one of these brands, you should try again with tampax or some other brand that comes with aplicators.
the tampax minis. and i have had sex before. i will try again next month
Firts time i tried with being on the floor with my legs on the chair (like at the gynecologist)and i was a little bit nervous but it worked.
You just have to be relaxed!
You could try using a little bit of ky jelly to help it slide in. That's what I did the first time I used a tampon, because otherwise it felt like it wasn't going anywhere. Now I use them with the greatest of ease.
cheers guys
