It is a ‘one size fits most’ set of sensual intimates that includes a lace trimmed bra, peek-a-boo skirt, sassy bow-tie, tie-up apron, and a teeny (tiny) thong. The elastic in the bra, thong, and bow-tie is stretchy but will definitely hold its firmness over many, many uses, and the polyamide cotton blend of materials used in the skirt, bra and thong is soft and slightly stretchy. None of the pieces are see-through.

The outer packaging displays clear and accurate pictures of the item and includes a detailed description of the materials it’s composed of. Be careful removing the item from the sleeve though; there are a couple of staples holding the ends closed and it’s really easy to snag the delicate material on them unless you remove them first. To keep all the pieces of the costume together, use the plastic sleeve to store all of the components.

Cleaning & Maintenance

It would have been a good idea to include washing and care instruction. Nevertheless, a quick Google-search of “how to clean polyester,” the main ‘ingredient’ in the bra and skirt, will show that a gentle warm cycle in the washer, and hanging the items to dry, will garner the best results for cleaning this candy stripper uniform.

Critique

Compared to some other intimate apparel items, the Candy Stripper is definitely one of the better. It has all the key elements to complete a really sexy look, and can easily be added to accessorize it even further. What’s also great about this costume is that, as a package, the pieces act as a perfect complement to each other, but they’re also pretty gorgeous as separates.

There is no ‘vanity sizing’ to add a cushy buffer to the size you’d prefer to be (but aren’t), so if a small or medium isn’t a wearer’s norm, the outfit may end up being be a tad too snug. The thong is the most unforgiving, so (to avoid any ‘spillover effect’) if necessary try wearing your own undies beneath the short but ultra-flattering skirt. The bra top doesn’t have a lot of room for bigger busts, so if you’re larger than a C-cup, you’ll be spilling out from every which way – though some might like that effect!

Since sensual attire isn’t the manufacturers’ usual stream of business, it is understandable that they don’t offer a range of sizes, but it would be nice if they could offer some way to entice larger women to get decked out in these sexy duds – such as adjustable straps or at least one larger size.

This will be a very sexy go-to costume for the days a woman wants to feel extra sexy or extra saucy. It may be worn many more ways than one and can easily be accessorized to change up the look, making it so that the wearer - or their audience - never gets bored.
