How do you gals get it real clean back there? I have done online research & found the best thing for me to get/stay clean is know in advance when it's going to happen & watch what you eat that day, make sure to go to the bathroom for a BM, take a good shower & clean w/soap and water & then after using a douche & the container is thoroughly cleaned it's refilled w/plain luke-warm water & I give myself a water enema. It's only a small amount & once that's cleaned out & another BM is done I go back to the shower to clean that area well again -- it is usually a couple more hours before 'playtime' starts & by then everything is completely clean & fine.
