Q. I can’t seem to find an answer to my problem anywhere. My problem sounds like a joke, but it is not. No one will take me seriously. I am large when it comes to average penis size. My wife is a very small girl. What can I do to not hurt her when we are having sex?
A. Penis size consists of two components, length and circumference. Although most studies in this area vary slightly in the findings, the average erect penis length is 5.5 to 6.5 inches, and the average circumference is 4.5 to 5 inches. Although most women can accommodate most men fairly easily, if you are much bigger than average (or even only slightly so, if your wife is petite) then your size relative to hers can certainly cause some pain or discomfort during sex - and yes, that is serious!
The majority of a woman's nerve endings are in the first couple inches of her vagina, so after that your larger size isn’t much of an advantage - and can actually be a problem if it causes her discomfort.
The good news for you is that you do have a number of options to offset your over-size problem. If the problem is length, resist the temptation to thrust deep … use shallower strokes and/or utilise positions that restrict depth. There is no problem here. A vagina that can become moist should be able to accomodate any penis, no matter how big.
there is also a medical condition that could be causing the pain. Dyspareunia.
im in a long distance relationship so i think it helps a little with my problem, my girlfriend is always sore for days after we have sex, is there something i can do besides not having sex, cause i always feel bad for hurting her but she asks for it and the first day i know she loves it but the next day i can tell shes hurting and im always slow, also she likes anal but ive never tried it and i havent brought it up again with her, if im to big for her vag right now am i definatley to big for her anus
LOTS of foreplay. And lubes can help aswell. So are sexual positions that will make her feel comfortable.
